Our work injury rehabilitation services are designed to help injured workers eliminate pain and maximize function, so they can safely transition back to work. Let us get you back in the game! Whether you are an elite athlete or a weekend warrior, we can help you achieve your goals. Neuro/Stroke Care Program

Rehabilitation helps someone who has had a stroke relearn skills that are suddenly lost when part of the brain is damaged. Research shows the most important element in any neurorehabilitation program is carefully directed, well-focused, repetitive practice — the same kind of practice used by all people when they learn a new skill, such as playing the piano or throwing a baseball. Our programs are customized to target impairments such as weakness, lack of coordination, walking, and transfers. Rehabilitation also teaches new ways to compensate for any remaining disabilities.

Neck & Back Care

90% of the population experiences neck or back pain at least once in their lifetime. When the muscles or nerves surrounding the spine are aggravated, discomfort and pain can severely impact your quality of life. Our licensed physical therapists will perform a thorough musculoskeletal and biomechanical evaluation to determine the best individual approach to your diagnosis. We address the root cause of your pain to eliminate it at the source and prevent it from coming back.

Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA)

An MVA is a traumatic event, both mentally and physically. It's important to seek clinical attention as soon as possible. Injuries often worsen over time if not treated. Even seemingly minor accidents may cause damage to the body, which can result in lifelong difficulties if not corrected. Our physical therapists will assess your needs and plan your care with you and your goals in mind. Don’t let a car accident limit you! We’ll help you get moving again so you can do the things you love.

Balance and Safety Program

There are many conditions that may impair your balance and contribute to falls. The effects of aging, weakness, arthritis, stroke, and Parkinson’s disease can all increase the chances of a fall. Whatever your history, our physical therapists will assess the cause of your balance issues and provide an individualized program which promotes strengthening and stabilizing your body. We assess your functional limitations and work with you so you can safely perform everyday activities.
